Biography
Gabriel Bortoleto is a Brazilian racing driver who won the 2024 Formula 2 championship - a year after winning Formula 3 - proving exceptional talent on his path to F1. Although linked to McLaren's junior program, he secured a contract to race for Kick Sauber in the 2025 season and now continues with the rebranded Audi team. Bortoleto is the first Brazilian F2 champion in years and carries the hopes of a huge fanbase from South America who are waiting for a worthy successor to Ayrton Senna. In the 2026 season he enters his second year in F1 with greater experience and ambition to help Audi build a competitive project. His speed and maturity despite his young age make him regarded as one of the most promising drivers on the grid.
