History and Information

Red Bull Racing was established in 2005 after acquiring Jaguar Racing and quickly grew into one of the greatest powerhouses in Formula 1 history, winning six Constructors' Championships. The team became famous for Sebastian Vettel's dominance (four consecutive titles 2010-2013) and the Max Verstappen era, with the Dutchman winning four consecutive Drivers' Championships from 2021. Mid-way through the 2025 season, there was a change at team principal - Christian Horner was replaced by Laurent Mekies, who quickly stabilized the situation and led Red Bull to a series of victories in the closing stages of the season. The 2026 season marks a pivotal moment - the team debuts its own Red Bull Powertrains power unit, developed in partnership with Ford, ending its long-standing dependence on external engine suppliers. Alongside Verstappen comes Isack Hadjar - a talented debutant from the Red Bull junior program. The Milton Keynes base boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure, and the team is determined to maintain its position at the front despite the regulatory revolution.
